Welcome to Ms. Aly's Piano Studio!

Here, students of all ages—whether joining online or in person—are invited to discover the magic of making music. Lessons go beyond the notes on the page: students learn to read, play, perform, and understand music theory, while exploring their own creativity through improvisation and composition. At Aly Way Music, we celebrate curiosity, embrace mistakes as musical stepping stones, and find joy in every sound we make. Whether you’re just beginning or rediscovering your love for the piano, every lesson is a new adventure—and every note, a chance to express yourself.

DIGITAL METRONOME Recommendations:

Sondery Digital Metronome:

Pros:
+ only $22
+ There are 3 options for the sound of the beep.
+ You can turn on a voice that counts the beats out loud
+ lots of happy customer reviews
Cons:
- You have to recharge it now and then (not sure how often, as I don't own this one)
- It's just a metronome; not a tuner (but you shouldn't ever really need a tuner unless you play another instrument)

Korg TM-70T Digital Metronome:

(This is the updated model of the one I use)
Pros:
+ It runs off two triple A batteries, and if it's anything like the TM-40 that I have, it will run for years before having to change them
+ It's got a tuner feature (but, again, piano players shouldn't really need one of those)
+ I've had my Korg TM-40 for probably almost 20 years and it still works great! If they've continued the same level of quality in their products, I can vouch for their longevity & durability.
Cons:
- It's $40
- There's only one option for the sound of the beep (but it's not super annoying or piercing like other cheaper metronomes)
