I don't have a physical address of any kind with which to send returns, so all sales are final. However, it is my goal that all of my customers are 100% satisfied, so if there is something wrong with the carabiner, please contact me with pictures of the defects and I will work with you to find a solution that's right for you, either in the form of a refund or a replacement product.
